Alexandra Johnson joined us as Director of Operations in September 2024, bringing experience in operations, association management, and sustainable energy. With an MBA and a certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from the University of South Florida, she excels in fostering organizational growth and leveraging data-driven strategies for business-driven inclusion.

Before her transition to the nonprofit sector, Alexandra earned her Master’s in Criminal Justice from the University of Colorado Denver. She dedicated nearly a decade to the legal field, assisting underserved communities in navigating the justice system.

Outside of work, Alexandra enjoys kayaking and spending quality time with her fiancé and their two rescue dogs. Based in Florida, she is also a member of the Orlando Pride Chamber.
